• Savory mix for Christmas baking
• 1 tbsp quality ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp ground allspice
• 2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• ¾ tsp ground mace

Combine all spices in an airtight glass jar and keep stored in a dark place for up to several months.

• Makes about ¼ cup
